Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SnapXFit account and its data on this page. In the app, go to:
Settings → Edit Profile → Delete my account
What gets deleted
• Your sign-in account, profile, and username
• Meal logs and meal photos
• Workouts, body stats, and progress entries
• Connected devices and synced health data
• Friends, room memberships, and game challenges
• Trainer and client links, notes, and meal plans
• AI token balance and usage history
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Can't sign in?
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
